Shipping Policy
We ship across India, free of cost, on every order.
Dispatch: orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Tracking: a tracking link is shared once your order ships.
Payment: pay online at checkout, or choose Cash on Delivery and pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
Our team calls to confirm every Cash on Delivery order before dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your ClapCuddles order.
7 day window: report any damaged or defective item within 7 days of delivery.
How: email a photo or video of the issue to Support@clapstore.co.in with your order details.
Resolution: verified damaged or defective items are replaced free, or refunded if a replacement is not available.
Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method for prepaid orders, or to your bank or UPI after the item is collected for Cash on Delivery orders.
Because this product contains an electronic sound module, please do not wash or soak it. Water damage is not covered.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to deliver your order: name, phone number, email and delivery address. This is used to process, ship and confirm your order.
We do not sell your personal information.
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure ad performance. Standard event data, including hashed identifiers, may be shared with Meta for this purpose.
